Sales Person - real estate company

A company is specialized in real estate, with very ambitious plan of growing, requires the following:
Sales person
Job Description:
• Achieve individual monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by management.
• Establishing new customers and maintaining existing.
• Build strong relationship with clients.
• Visit customers and provides solutions based on their requirements and budgets.
• Makes presentation to customers as and when required and explains features, advantages and benefits of our projects.
• Maintain and improve sales volumes with current and new customers.
• Maintain reports daily to sales supervisor all market changes and competitors action.
Qualifications:
• University degree: B.Sc.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team worker.
• Very good command of computer skills.
• Very good time management.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good command in English.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
Location of job: Cairo – Egypt
Working hours: 10 A.M till 8 P.M
Basic salary 1000 LE + commission
