Job: Marketing Campaign Coordinator in Manama, Bahrain

We are working on behalf of this well-established Bahrain based organisation that requires a highly experienced Marketing Campaign Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for briefing the relevant accounts on all areas of marketing campaigns (including project timeline, key marketing strategies, client requirements and deliverables, gathering and provisioning of reporting requirements etc.)

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current call-handling procedures to facilitate a comprehensive review of any campaign within the relevant accounts

Prepare weekly and daily reports on in-house campaign results for the operations team and client

Proactively close out actions arising from analysis of campaign results.


Gather feedback from agents on campaigns, via roundtables etc., and report back on that feedback to the relevant parties.

Primary liaison with relevant client contact on any area of marketing campaigns, ensuring clear communication of deliverables and milestones.

Ensure an up to date knowledge of the relevant business marketing strategies and contact centre activities particularly in the product areas of the client.

Maximise the “value-add” of Silah Gulf by analysing, interpreting and identifying key trends from any relevant metrics.


Two years’ experience required working on the coordination of marketing campaigns via the contact centre industry. Ability to implement projects successfully by working with a variety of key departments /stakeholders across varying levels of seniority.
