Probably the BIGGEST 5* hotel General Manager role in Bahrain available to candidates who can demonstrate relevant experience.
Reporting to the group CEO, your key function will be to not only manage this particular property but also associated group properties in Bahrain.
Key responsibilities:
Developing a rolling 5 yr plan for all related properties in Bahrain
Preparation of all marketing as well as annual budgets
Management of all related properties
Sanctioning recruitment plans
Meeting VVIPs and hosting regular events
Representing the group at various functions
Managing customer feedback
Ensuring all properties maintain a 5* deluxe presence
To apply for the role of General Manager you must satisfy the following criteria:
An International Hotel Management graduate, preferably MBA or an equivalent
Strong experience as a General Manager within the Middle East
Prior experience with a leading 5-star international hotel chain
English speaking
Proven leadership abilities in managing EXCOM teams
Strong business and financial acumen,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Sound understanding of the Bahrain/Middle East market and culture
Should have good experience and background of speciality fine dine restaurants and High end F & B outlets.
