Handles all software troubleshooting for Laptops and some basic hardware troubleshooting.
Can deal with all software issues for any smartphone or tablet

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Computers & Information –Computer Science or related discipline.
SKILLS:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows based environment.
- Knowledge of .NET and JAVA programing languages is preferable.
- Very good TCP/IP Networking Knowledge.
- Problem analysis and troubleshooting.
- Laptop and PC installations with user software's and maintenance.
- Able to promptly answer support-related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
- Very good verbal and written English is a must.
- Proactive, energetic, self-directed, hard worker with strong communications skills.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
