Description: Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Responsible for issuing business cards for employees.
Organize of the daily movement of the company's cars.
Follow-up maintenance of the building, furniture and office equipment, fax and tools cafeteria.
Following runners to send all invoices to customers on time.
Following all the shipment cases with the courier and check for incomplete documents.
Responsible for international & domestic flight reservation.
Issuing different standard documents in Arabic & English.
Compiles information from files and other sources into lists, summaries and reports.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx/Airborne packages.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
Collect and maintain PC inventory.
Support staff in assigned project based work.
Other duties as assigned.
Compiles information from files and other sources into lists, summaries and reports.
Provide office orientation for new employees.
Supervising new employees office and all their requirements.

Qualifications: Must have experience in administration.
Must be able to take responsibility.
Excellent in MS Office.
Excellent in English.
Excellent communication skills, High ability to work under pressure.
