An International Health Care Company is seeking for Executive Secretary with almost 4 years experience in administration career with following requirements :-

Duties & Responsibilities

• Mail/Courier distribution/collection
• Ordering stationery and supplies
• Coordinating catering
• Updating phone lists and phone programming
• Security card set-up and programming
• Coordinating events
• Marketing collateral management and distribution
• Data entry and filing
• Travel booking
• General office duties/ tidy up/set up of new starters

Skills and Qualification

• Bachelor Degree
• English language skills is a must
• Great PC skills (MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent Communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
