Havana Hotel Cairo has the following Vacancy
Conference Coordinator (Female):
Key duties/responsibilities of Conference coordinator:

1-Conferring with clients before, during and after their events, maintaining a positive relationship and responding to inquiries .
2-Checking that meeting rooms are set-up correctly, with the proper equipment and amenities, prior to the start of meetings.
3-Greeting the host upon his or her arrival to the meeting room.
4-Responding to phone calls with new meeting requests and special “add-on” information for existing meetings.
5-Conducting facility tours for prospective clients.
6- Coordinating a wide range of services for meetings which have been booked, including Audio Visual requirements, food and beverage requests, conference room set-ups, etc.

Qualifications:
-Excellent communication skills.
-Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision.
-Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
-Bachelor’s degree .
-At least 1 year experience coordinating special events.
-Very good English.
-Presentable.
-Age: 27-35.

Salary: 750 + Bonus (service charge)
Working Hours: from 9 am to 5 pm
