1.Assists in setting overall sales planes and sales policies, in coordination with sales Manager. 2.Visits customers periodically to maintain good customer relationship, solve problems and obtain market information. 3.Reviews aging reports and pays direct attention to collection issues. 4.Monitors the market to identify new prospects 5.Monitors competition in his region and report significant developments. 6.Reviews daily sales and collection reports, merchandising and stock shortages, and takes actions as necessary. 7.Achieves market share, maintains products visibility and distribution. 8.Analyzes current distribution network which includes key accounts, van sales, credit sales, merchandising, warehousing, and logistics. 9.Develops short term sales strategy and leads implementation to achieve companys business targets. 10.Prepares annual forecast of sales for his region. Continuously monitors performance against forecast. Takes action to meet goals. 11.Enhances region performance measured in sales volume, market share, brand assessment, positioning, merchandising, training and sales support activities.
Education: •Bachelor degree in business administration. •Sales & Marketing diploma is proffered. Experience: •Minimum 10 years experience in sales & marketing field with a reputable FMCG company in Egypt. •Minimum 3 years of experience as sales supervisor. Skills: •Very good command English and Arabic. •Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power-Point, MS Project, outlook) •Very good management skills (Planning, Organizing, Controlling, & Leading) •Very good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills •Ability to set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget •Strong interpersonal skills, team player, independent employee, and proactive
