A very big international manufacturing company is looking for a ‘Factory Manager’ with the following qualifications:
Job Responsibilities:
• Review and adoption of plans and programs to load the machines with the Planning Department.
• Supervision and follow up the implementation of the production plan with production managers.
• Inspected the work day for all sections.
• Supervision on the maintenance section, and follow up the implementation of company maintenance plans.
• Overseeing the department of the workshop and follow up the implementation of the required.
• Supervision to follow the movement of labour factory (daily).
• Participate in the work of the necessary studies of the factory machines and equipment and new projects.
• Coordination with the Human Resources Department to develop the necessary training programs for staff and solve their problems.
• A regular weekly meeting with all head of departments to discuss and solve problems which related to the Plant.
• Attend a monthly meeting with the Head of Technical Sector
• Coordination with financial management to discuss the requirements of the factory and warehouses.
• Follow up the implementation of the requirements of industrial safety and to make sure that the safety tools are maintains and working in a good condition in the plant and also implemented right as per company policy.
• Review and adoption of periodic reports on performance rates
• Assess monthly& annual performance to Managers and participate in evaluating the performance of the rest of the staff.
• Work to reduce production costs and streamlining production processes.
• Raise the efficiency of workers and motivate.
• Follow up the best use of factors of production materials and labour and machinery.
• Monitor the compliance of departments with ISO instructions.
• Monitor the compliance of all departments and personnel system, cleanliness and good appearance.
• Work to achieve the policies and visions and the overall objectives of company.
• Participate in the development of products and catalogs, and new ideas.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• 10 years of experience in plant management
• Computer literate
• Fluent English
