1- Maintain Training Schedule 2- Prepare Training Class Rooms 3- Prepare Training Materials 4- Prepare and work on Training Forms such as Attendance, Evaluation, Certificates‡ etc 5- Follow up trainees due payments in coordination with Sales & Financial Departments 6- Receive trainee claims and work on it 7- Provide Trainees with all needed information through E-mails, phones or direct contact 8- Maintain Training Records & Filing System 9- Maintain Training Correspondences as well as Policies and Procedures. 10- Prepare Reports as required.
Bachelors degree (English major preferred) - Outgoing & Energetic - Quality and Detailed oriented - Extremely organized - Excellent Communication, Presentation and Time Management skills - Microsoft Office expertise.
