At least 3 years of .NET (C#) /ASP.Net experience.
In Depth technical knowledge of .Net framework 3.5 .
Solid Object Oriented analysis, design and coding experience.
Excellent awareness of the whole SDLC and Project Life Cycle.
Excellent knowledge in SQL Server 2005.
Experience in HTML/DHTML, JavaScript
Experience in n-tiers applications
Ability to share and innovate in the company software development methodology improvement.
Good knowledge in using and creating UML diagrams
Detailed oriented.
Microsoft Certification is a plus.
SharePoint is a plus.
WWF (Windows Work Flow Foundation).
WPF/WCF is a plus.
JQuery is a plus.
Team Foundation Server installation and configuration is a big plus.
Good knowledge about CMMI is a plus
