As a Guest Relations Officer, you will provide special auxiliary services to Front Office operations particularly in functions concerning welcoming VIP guests and ensuring their welfare while staying in the hotel. The Front Office is a 24 hour operation and in this position, flexibility in your schedule is vital.
Minimum 1 years experience in a hotel front office department Excellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills Working knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Opera, etc. Understanding of point of sales systems such as Micros
