.Corporate sales person to enable the corporate channel to achieve the sales targets. Ensuring that all tasks are performed up to CIL standards. .Ensure that Sales tasks are performed at regular intervals and fully represented in CIL plans and all tasks are completed to the expected level of quality, meeting the schedule of work provided. .Ensure all tasks are performed to the approved Policy, Processes and Procedures published without exception, highlighting any known deviations or incorrect processing to the higher corporate sales level. .Ensure that relationships with customer and colleagues are positively maintained. .Provide timely and correct updates to the corporate sales director of work status, ensuring that any risk of uncompleted work is escalated when known. .Full awareness of the Insurance, Banking and Investments provided and serviced to customers. .Responsible for acquisition of new corporate clients. .To ensure that assigned sales targets is achieved as per Business plan .Acquires referrals from existing accounts: Follows up on all leads within 48 hours of receipt in an effort to create new business for the channel. .Promptly follows-up on all customer needs and inquiries in an efficient and expedient manner. .Exhibits a positive and involved team attitude to other departments and maintains open communications with all co-workers for the best overall performance of the business.
.University Graduate .Awareness of Corporate sales activities including the core process and procedures and how they fit in with other teams. .Full awareness of the Products provided and serviced to customers in order that sales person role can be performed at CIL standards .Full awareness of the Insurance, Banking and Investments provided and serviced to customers.
