JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Composes and types written correspondence (fax, memos, letters and e-mails) for the General Manager of Operations in English, and Arabic languages. 2.Assembles and submits relevant data from files etc., Compiles statistics and information as instructed by the Director of Operations. 3.Act as receptionist for the General Manager, screening telephone calls, letters and/or visitors, answers questions and furnishes information based on advice of the General Manager of Operations. .Develop and maintain a sophisticated filing system to allow secure and easily-accessible documentation of correspondence as well as project data. 5.Coordinate, collect the necessary data and prepare presentations for the General Manager of Operations.
-Qualifications 1. 3-5 years in Office Management and Secretarial Services. 2.Organizational awareness 3. Effective communication skills and strong personality.

Gender Female

Experience 3 – 5 Years.

Other Skills Able to use common business applications (e.g. MS Office, MS Project), Excellent skills in preparation of presentations
