A Large reputable construction company requires a Construction Sales Engineer:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Meeting monthly, annual sales goals and targets.

• Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively.

• Maintaining the company’s clients database with up-to, accurate content and activity details.

• Producing periodical sales reports.

• Assisting to identify the opportunities for upcoming products, and for development and enhancement of existing products.

• share relevant data about the market with all sales staff to facilitate the ease of retrieval, recording, and use of information.

• Negotiating the agreement terms and closing sales deals.

• Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.

• Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensuring that they constantly followed within the team.



Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Construction Engineering, Architecture Engineering or Fine Arts with relevant experience in sales and marketing.

• 5 years experience in technical sales.

• Excellent problem solving and organization skills.

• Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Should be able to work as a team member.

• Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.

• Should be able to handle various tasks.
