Job Description:
-Reporting to the Projects Manager, the Quantity surveyor is responsible for preparation of bill of quantity & variation orders, carrying out the site measurement process, preparing payment certificates, red flagging variations, reviewing project contract terms & preparing time extension claims.-Qualifications The selected candidate should possess a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 3 years experience in Electromechanical quantity surveying. He must be knowledgeable in cost estimates & contracts.
