Job Description:

Maintain Confidentiality of information Schedule appointments for the manager and ensure that all committee meetings are recorded on the appropriate calendars. Perform general clerical duties including faxing, mailing, and filing, scheduling meetings, receiving visitors. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Record the minutes of meeting. Perform other tasks requested from the Manager.
-Qualifications Bachelor degree in any discipline. Fluency in the English Language Presentable, Attention to details, excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Active listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
