Real Estate Broker Virtual Asst - United States


Job Description

1. Day-to-Day Typical Activities-
        a.  this includes handling the incoming phone calls (this is most important). calls are forwarded to my GoogleVoice phone # which gives the person the option to leave a message or press "0" for a live person right now it rings my cell phone.  I prefer a live voice during normal business hours and google voice afterhours.  The type calls we get are from people who saw a For sale on a property and want information about it. all of those people we want to capture their information and put it in our database ie name, phone # email address, mailing address.  The other calls are from Real estate people who want to show a property we have listed on the market

        b.    Follow up on leads (people that call in or visit the website)

        c.    Updating Deposit log (this is the monies that go into my bank accounts) bank statements must go to my accountant every month along with receipts. Need an organized system because I have two businesses that need this done for Trinity and Blackwood (my LLC where i have rental properties and collect rent)

        d.     Get status updates on short sales (will explain in further detail)

      e.     Social networking stuff

      f.      Feedback. Obtain feedback from any agents that showed a listing

2. TransAction Coordination

        a.     Utilize checklists in GoogleDocs to being processing real estate deals that are pending or "under contract". As soon as buyer or seller has a contract begin processing

(will provide in-depth training of this process)

3.  Other Tasks/Duties as they may arise including but not limited to the following

    a.         Checklist for when i list a new property, getting signs installed etc.

     b.        setting up appointments for me when I show properties

    c.         track invoices of agents
