A call center in the ALEXANDRIA, is looking for a qualified call center Agent to join our team. The call center representative must be Fluent in English especially spoken, dependable and motivated with the ability to multi-task. A qualified call center representative should be able to handle high volume inbound/outbound calls to customers while assisting with any other task management may require.
Requirements:
- English Fluency is a MUST (especially spoken).
-Must pass English conversation test.
-Ability for working under pressure and working within different shifting time schedules.
- Ability to Multi Task.
-Excellent communication skills.
- Independent self-starter who can deliver results under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Customer Service Skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Highly motivated and serious achiever.
