Job Description
I am looking to retain a FULLY QUALIFIED BUSINESS ATTORNEY who is familiar with ECOMMERCE & BUSINESS LAW.You should be fully QUALIFIED and PASSED the relevant Bar Exams in your State or Province etc.
You will be required on a PART TIME BASIS to work for our business in things like:
1) Contract Drafting
2) Non Disclosures, Non Compete Agreements
3) Affiliate / Resellers Contracts
4) Drafting Company Website Terms, Privacy, Disclaimers etc
5) Drafting LETTERS to Clients, and Debtors etc
6) Provide ADVICE on General Company Legal Issues
7) New Company Formations
8) Bank Account Opening
9) Applying for FEDERAL TAX ID Numbers
PLEASE NOTE:
You must have good knowledge of APPLYING FOR TAX ID NUMBER, and OPENING CORPORATE BANK ACCOUNTS on behalf of your clients. These are fairly standard things, but very important.
You should be FAMILIAR with US,UK, or EUROPEAN LAW
YOU must be a NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER, and be available by Telephone, Skype, Email during business hours.

PLEASE NOTE: I am NOT looking for SUPER ATTORNEYS to the Stars who charge an ARM and LEG in FEES, the type of work we are looking it is fairly basic in the LEGAL WORLD therefore i would be looking to pay between $20.00 - $30.00 USD PER HOUR.
