Big holding group in specialized in Real estate is seeking a highly qualified candidate For the Position for 
"Project Control Manager" 
--Job Description:
§ Interview and assist in recruitment of project control team for running projects and for proposal preparation as composed of planners, cost engineers, docume...nt controllers, contract engineers)§ Establish department and project execution plans
§ Establish project controls packages including WBS, baseline schedules, cash flows, budget, progress reporting formats and measurement milestones, ...etc
§ Follow up and issue project internal and external progress and cost reports.
§ Prepare and update compiled weekly progress reports to company management
§ Prepare and issue invoices for the projects and administer subcontractors invoices§ Prepare and issue change orders and negotiate their cost and schedule impacts with clients
§ Conduct and coordinate the performance appraisal and rating for all department personnel
§ Supervise and coordinate the overall company workload forecast and prepares analysis and recommendation for Top Management
§ Prepare and update the forecasted cash flow for the development of company financial budget and analyze the deviation between the forecasted and actual company cash income for Top Management
--Job Requirements: 
7+ years experience in two or more of the following functions: project management, engineering, construction, project controls and procurement
--Position skills :
§ Demonstrated leadership in planning, prioritizing & scheduling work
§ Working with multi-disciplined, multicultural teams
§ Experience with major construction, Oil& Gas, Power and Industrial project
§ Extensive knowledge and experience in EPC estimating practices and methods,

عائشة عبدالهادي: 2.2 مليون عاطل بمصر والجامعي لا يقبل بأي عمل


أكدت عائشة عبد الهادي، وزيرة القوى العاملة والهجرة، أن وزارتها حققت برنامج الرئيس مبارك الانتخابي بتوفير 4.5 مليون فرصة عمل خلال خمسة سنوات، مشيرة في الوقت نفسه الى أن نسبة البطالة في مصر الآن هي حوالي 9.8% (أي حوالي 2 مليون و200 ألف شخص).

وأضحت عبد الهادي في ـمقابلة مع برنامج "حديث المدينة" الذي يقدمه الإعلامي مفيد فوزي على القناة الأولى بالتليفزيون المصري مساء الجمعةـ أن أن الوزارة وفرت فرص عمل للشباب في العديد من المجالات بالمصانع، ولكن الشباب رفض العمل في هذه المجالات، موضحة أن الرفض يأتي من خريجي الجامعات، حيث لا يريد العمل في مصنع ملابس على سبيل المثال في حين يقبل العمل في أي مجال خارج البلاد.

وأشارت إلى أن سفر العمالة المصرية إلى الخارج يحدث خللا في سوق العمل المصرية، مؤكدة في الوقت ذاته ترحيبها بسفر هذه العمالة من أجل الحصول على عائد أفضل ومزيد من الخبرة.

ولفتت عبد الهادي إلى وجود معايير دولية يخضع لها العالم كله فيما يتعلق بتصنيف العمل وممارسته، مشيرة إلى أن الوزارة تقوم الآن بعمل تدريبات، ومن ثم إعطاء ترخيص لمزاولة المهن حسب المعايير المعمول بها. وأكدت وزيرة القوى العاملة والهجرة أن هناك علاقة متشابكة ومترابطة بين العامل وصاحب العمل كونهما يكملان بعضهما البعض
